Cafe owner Scott Blamey has a background in pubs and wanted to transform his successful suburban cafe to trade as a restaurant with evening dining. He came to our Project Design International team in Sydney to create the interior that would ultimately allow him to comfortably trade as a morning cafe for his loyal followers, as well as capturing the night trade missing in the Sydney suburb of Lindfield.
With a selection of reference sites he liked, we went about creating a rich interior that mixed materials for texture and warmth with the careful balance of breaking his space up to allow different use by different groups of customers.
The package and service from Project Design International and Southern Hospitality included design and supply with ongoing consultation during the build process. The result has remained true to the original design and a credit to all involved.
